However, we are not legally bound by information shared in our descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Pricing
All prices listed on our online store are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that prices may be altered on the website at any time for any reason. Delivery charges may be listed separately via checkout. Free shipping and/or other promotion coupons may be used on our Site at specified times. CrystalRepublic offers you the option of paying for your products through the payment methods listed above. These finance providers are external service providers, and they are not part of CrystalRepublic. To be eligible for the use of these payment methods, credit criteria and credit checks apply to the use of the financial services.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of, and access to, the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law, or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Please allow between 5-10 working days for most standard shipments.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address, or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
If you live at a rural address, you must select the rural delivery option at checkout for your order to be delivered. Please note that if you don’t select rural delivery, but your order is being delivered to a rural address, we may request for the rural delivery fee to be paid before your order is delivered. We reserve the right to cancel your order if a difference in the shipping cost is not paid in full amount before shipping.
Returns and refunds
All products sold on our Site are likely to come with guarantees as specified in our Returns Policy that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
